💡 一句话:技术/安全上的分歧是常态,扛得住;真正逼你离开的,是信任的崩塌——当一个人的价值观与他口中所说的不一致、不诚实、动机另有所图时,再谈下去没有意义。而成熟的解决方式不是争论,是各走各路,用结果说话。

为什么有启发

  • 把「分歧」和「离开」解耦:Dario 明确说,安全上的分歧他们确实有,但「这本身不足以让人离开」。团队内、和他本人都常有分歧——分歧不是问题。
  • 真正的分水岭是信任:当你觉得无法信任一个人、觉得他的价值观不是他声称的那样、不诚实、不是为了他说的理由在做事、看到令人不安的「不诚实的行为模式」——这才让合作无以为继。
  • 成熟的退出姿态:「当你和某人没有共同愿景、又无法信任他时,何必争论?解决办法就是你去做你的,他去做他的。」用市场和公众舆论来分胜负,而不是纠缠于「谁离开了、为什么」的戏剧性叙事。
  • 迁移到自己身上:判断一段合作/关系是否该结束,标准不是「我们有没有分歧」,而是「我还信不信任对方的诚实与动机」。前者可修复,后者一旦破裂就是终点。
